Thanksgiving 2020, Christmas 2020 and New Year’s 2021!

It's that time of the year again. All the extra cleaning, cooking, and spending again. Anxiety headaches and panic attacks. Children crying and beggin at stores for this and that. Remembering our loved ones who have passed on and left us here to carry on. Turkey with stuffing and gravy too. Collards, green beans, corn amd yams. Baked ziti, salad, chicken and ham. Pies, cakes, brownies and banana pudding. Peach cobbler, egg nog, coffee and tea. Kool aid, soda, sping water too. Ice cream, chocolate and vanilla, butter pecan too. Can't forget the whipped cream or cool whip for the pie and jello too. Bourbon, Hennesey, whiskey before bed to help relax your brain. To forget about all the day contained and all all the things you had to maintain. If you start thinking about the weeks ahead, you'll need another drink. Christmas dinner is what you'll have to tackle next. The cooking, the baking, the cleaning up too. There's so many things the woman of the house must do. The shopping and wrapping of gifts for the family. The decorating of the tree, holiday music and Christmas movies too. If you're a woman of the house like me, happy shopping and happy cooking and cleaning, like me. I hate to remind you that your work is not through, New Year's is up next so you don't have much time to rest. Happy Holidays!

Mood: Joyous!

Season's Greeting to all! I pray everyone is feeling blessed and filled with the holiday spirit! I love this time of the year because it seems like the love of Christ is even the more closer to us. I smile with joy and happiness when I think about the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Over 2000 years ago a child was born to save humanity and give us everlasting life. That is amazing! I love to celebrate Christ the Lord. Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday Jesus! We must honor Christ by showing love, kindness and compassion, today and everyday.

Easter- Resurrection Sunday

Mood: Blessed and Happy

This weekend is all about Jesus! How he lived, died and rose again with all power and victory in his hands. We celebrate my Lord and savior Jesus Christ this weekend. If it wasn't for this perfect man going to the cross for me, I wouldn't be redeemed, saved and headed to heaven when I die. I thank God for Jesus because without him we would not have life, health and strength. We wouldn't have faith or a reason to live and have hope! I thank God that I am in my right mind and all my members work. I can see, hear, taste, touch, talk, walk, sit down, get up and breathe! I have a home and a family and I have a savior who has me and my family in his hands. I know we all get dressed in our Sunday best and have a good meal after church but don't forget who and what we are celebrating. I am so glad Jesus called my name and chose me to be wife and mother. He trusted me with a husband
and children. He saw fit that my womb would be blessed multiple times to help replenish the earth. I don't take that lightly because there are many woman who cannot have children. My heart and prayers go out to them because I cannot imagine that. I am truly blessed when it comes to multiplying and help replenish the earth. I just pray that I have done all that I can to help raise up my children the way that they should go. I pray that I have instilled in them all that they will need to be honorable men and women and respectable citizens in the eyes of their peers, elders and most of all God. I pray they change the world for the better. I pray that everywhere they go they change the atmosphere in a great way. I pray that their light will so shine that people see the Christ within them, always. So when you get up on Sunday, rejoice for you have everlasting life ahead of you. You have hope, faith, love, joy and peace. If you are saved, you have the Rapture to look forward to! If that doesn't make you wanna shout and give God the praise, I don't know what will.

God bless all who belong to him!

Good night!

Valentine's Day

Good evening,                                                  2/16/2016  12:08 a.m.

Sunday was Valentine's Day and I hope everyone had a great one! We focused mainly on or two daughters this year. I got my favorite Swiss chocolates though, thanks babe! We decorated the table and had nice treats and things for the girls. Teddy bears, over sized heart shaped glasses, balloons and a vase with silk roses. They loved it all! It was a good day!

GN and God bless!

The Mall.... Yesterday and Today

On Friday evening, November 27, 2015, I went to the mall with my husband and four of our 6 children. Things weren't so bad and I was really happy that it was easy getting a park and getting into the mall. We entered Macy's because I wanted to check on this cranberry colored velvet blazer that one of my older sons' wants for Christmas. Things were flowing well and I was in a good mood until my four year old daughter began to act up. She was pretty much a bit on the bratty side off and on making our time out unpleasant to say the least. I guess it's the season to be jolly and bratty on occasion! Lol Hoping this evening will turn out a bit better, round 2 of the Holiday Hustle and Bustle. This time I will start with a Venti Peppermint Mocha Latte from Starbucks. Have a blessed holiday season all!!!

PARKING LOT PROBLEMS!!! OMG!!

Happy Holidays to all!!! Is it to much to ask for folks to park straight in the parking lot.You have some of the cars parked on a slant when they should be parked straight. A few parking spots were being monopolized by snow heaps so that made spots even more limited. I know searching for parking is a given during the holiday season; but it's annoying when you find an open spot but can't take it because the neighboring car parked crooked. Give others the courtesy of parking properly people, please!!!

Thank you and God bless!
